When I go to Authoring Tab of SCOM Console -> Management Pack Templates ->
Web Applications
I right click the App I want to delete, click delete... after a long pause,
I get the following:

It took forever to do, and could lead to some issues down the road, but for
now it worked.
What is causing this issue? Is this a known bug in Ops Mgr 2007 SP1?
