New management pack for alerting on existing registry keys.

Hi, I'd like to built a management pack which searches for a specific
registry key of a application, example "hklm/software/appx" and targetet onto
a group of servers.
After that I'd like to create a rule which gives an alert when the regkey
isn't present on the machine.
Any idea to achieve such?
