Also, I have checked all of the other Event Logs, and nothing is occuring in
them anywhere near the same time...

What have you done so far? Are you running local system as action account
on all your domain controllers? Have you seen this great blog post about

Regarding your comment on the action account:
We have the same problem as above and we uses a service account that is a
member of the domain admins group.
Will it work with an other account then the Local system?
What do you mean with "Are you running local system as action account

You should run local system as action account on your domain controllers,

well, you can read in the AD MP guide about what permissions the action will
need, but it is a lot of permissions for a service account. I think recommended
is to run with local system.
