I need to change the server that is the ACS server because of the age of the
server.
I installed the ACS server on a server that was a management server. When I
started pointing the servers that we want to collect data no to the new
collection server I started getting this in the error log on the collection
server, and no data was being collected.

Again, I am not moving the database. I am changing the server that acts as
the ACS collector. And yes I did try all the steps in the Technet document.
