Advanced Drawing Tools ?

Does anyone know if there is a plugin or tool that I can use with
OneNote to make more technical drawings? Like an advanced toolset? The
current drawing tools are great, and I can make do with them, but
sometimes my diagrams need to be more accurate (physics student) or
easier to manipulate in hurry. The current tools can be clunky and
slow, which is a problem when I'm trying to keep up to pace with my
professors.

Things I'm looking for are:
draw circle from center rather than dragging out the "box"
orient lines and objects at specific angles, as in with a protractor.
draw arcs, can fake it in free hand but a real arc tool would be nice,
especially if it was capable of drawing periodic curves (i.e. sine
cosine)

Any suggestions would be great

Theoretically, this is possible using the OneNote API, but I don't know
of any plugins that would do that.

Did you know that you can erase parts of the shapes you draw? For arcs
in particular, this means you can draw a circle and erase the parts you
don't want to get an arc (change the eraser from stroke eraser to
small/medium/large eraser). Or use the regular eraser to "cut" the
circle into two parts, and the stroke eraser to erase the part that's
not the arc. Won't help with periodic curves though :(
