how do I use one note to sign documents?

Well, I am a realtor...... I have PDF forms for the contracts, and would like
to be able to have my clients sign them, right on my Tablet PC. That way, I
won't always have to print out the docs right there, I can just email them
copies.
I downloaded a pdf converter to word, but because they are legal forms, I
can't convert the contracts with it.

Word does have ink support, so they could just sign straight in Word,
and you could convert it into PDF then.
You might want to check with your realtor's association though whether
this would be legal. I don't know if an electronically rendered
signature like that is valid and acceptable for a legal contract. Also,
you should check whether you are legally required to give your clients
the document in paper form. In addition, you might have clients who want
to see them in paper form before signing, and then take a copy home (I'd
be in that category. I'd prob. tell you to come back with printed
forms).

As Patrick already suggested, you'd better first check if such kind of
signature would be a legally valid signature.

If so and in case you would use the signature as only a "moral"
instrument, check PDF annotator.
