highlighting bullet-points-- is this a bug?

In onenote 2007, I notice every once in a while a bullet-point/arrow/
etc becomes highlighted, but I can't figure out how to make this
happen when I want it to. It seems to have something to do with
whether the line where a new bullet-point goes has had highlighting in
it... Has anyone been able to figure this out?

Yes, when I've seen this happen there was either highlighting
elsewhere on the page, or there had previously been highlighting on
the line where the highlighted bullet-point later showed up.

This sounds like a problem we fixed in OneNote 2010. Can you give the beta
