I have printed powerpoint slides into One Note for my classes, but for
the life of me I can't find a way to resize them all at once. Is this
not an available feature, and I will just have to resize 100+ slides one
by one? Selecting multiple slides greys out the "resize" option in the
Rclick menu, and I can't find any way to do it in the toolbar.

The PrintoutManager PowerToy [1] will be of great help.

Apart from that: Why do you print 100+ slides on one run?
IMO splitting up the package into smaller units might make it easier to
handle things.

They're spread over several pages. I am taking 3 classes, and each
class has at least 8 presentations. The presentation that was giving me
a particular amount of grief did 45 slides on its own. Each chapter
gets its own tab, and then each tab gets its own "master slide" page
where I print that chapter's slides. Then I make a new page each day
and copy+paste the slides I'll be using that day onto that page.
