MS AutoUpdater no seeing 11/2016's updates for Office Mac 2011 & 2016?

Hello.
Is anyone else not seeing this month's updates for both Office 2011 and
2016? I am not seeing them on two different 15" MBPs (Mac OS X
v10.8.5/Mt. Lion and Sierra v10.12.1) and ISPs (work and home) since
11/8/2016.
