MS Office 2003 Word Viewer SP3 applied twice

MS Office 2003 Word Viewer on Vista 32bits
No MS Office Package installed, neither 2003 nor any other.

According to Windows Update history the SP3 for the Word viewer
is installed two times:
1. WDVIEWSP3 Service Pack 3 (SP3) for Word Viewer 2003
2. PREWVIEWSP3 Word Viewer 2003 Service Pack 3 (SP3)

Why is it so?
