Updating Office 2007 converter packs for old Office 2003 Pro?

Hello.

In my very old Windows XP Pro SP3's Window Updates, I used to get
updates for its Office 2000 SR3's 2007 Converter Packs. However in my
new 64-bit W7 HPE SP1 box, I don't get the 2007's converter pack's
updates after installing Office Pro 2003 and its 2007 converter packs.
How can I get these updates for the converter packs
(https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=3). I know MS
doesn't support 2003 anymore, but they still support 2007 (converter
packs).
