When I installed Office 2007 I was given the option to have Office updates
show up in my Windows Automatic Updates under the ! icon. I chose "yes".
I now wish to disable this and no longer want updates automatically sent.
How do I do this?

The basic settings for download, notify only, or install updates is under 'Automatic Updates' in the Windows control panel. You can
change your settings to only use Windows update under 'Change Settings' through http://update.microsoft.com
