When I edit a particular part of a document, a message is always
displayed that 'The list of common French (France) AutoCorrections is
not available. This feature is not currently installed. Would you like
to install it now?'.

What is this from and how do I get rid of it once and for all? FYI,
I've no interest in writing in French nor have I ever.
