How do I find religion templates?

I am trying to find templates of religion material, like a cross, church,
praying hands, etc., how do I find them? I have 2003 powerpoint.

Not exactly. I want a template. I have some templates already on my
powerpoint program. It is more of a background. Can you tell me how to find
them?

I would suggest Google first. Either that or it might be time to make your
own backgrounds. Creativity is a very rewarding thing. ;-)
