How do I get back original icons??

Somehow, some of the icons on my toolbar changed themselves for no
apparent reason. When I try to change them back to the originals I.E.

right click/properties/shortcut/change icon

I can't find the correct icon. Does anybody know which files,
(.dll,.exe,.lib etc.), contain the normal icons for excel, power point
and access? Any help would be appreciated.

I finally figured out that, after installing an iomega ditto max tape
drive w/flashfile and backup software, flashfile was screwing up my
icons and causing the tape drive light to constantly blink. I
uninstalled the flash file program and was able to get my icons back.
