You may find the following Microsoft Knowledge Base Article applies:

Seems your kissing may be a bit delayed if you use this option, which is freely available, unlike a Mac.

Your sarcasm was highly unprofessional the "we don't care attitude" that MS
has for its users is also embodied by its MVPs as well.

BTW, I worked for MSFT for 5 years back in the 80s/90s...Milly is not a real
employee. She's a wanna be. We were taught a little more humility than she
exemplified. I was there for the Windows 3.0 launch. One day I cam in and
all of our Macs were gone and replaced with PC's. LOL
;)
And I don't want to be a Microsoft employee. I am happy in my chosen
career.
Stop making assumptions based on wild hairs plucked out of thin air.

How to ask a question: http://support.microsoft.com/KB/555375
After furious head scratching, Michele A M C asked:
I had the same problem and none of the suggested solutions worked for
me.. I finally went to programs, Microsoft Office, Office tools then ran
the Office diagnostic.
The diagnostic found and issue and repaired the problem. (I had 2
conflicting Office Outlook programs installed.) Anyway this proved to be
a simple solution to the issue.

I was running outlook 2003 on my work PC and have recently purchased
outlook 2007. Just tried installing it and had the error about
SKU112.cab not found. Ended up having to cancel the upgrade so it said
it was rolling back changes, however, now I can't open my outlook 2003!!
All my emails are in there, all work emails, what do I do???
Where do I find this missing file, how do I install it and will this
allow the upgrade to continue normally and therefore have all my old
email accounts and emails still there when I open outlook 2007?
Please help asap :)
