Hello There,

Have you try this ?

To resolve this problem, download the latest Microsoft Data Access
Components
(MDAC) version.
You can download the latest MDAC version from the Microsoft.com Download
Center
by following these steps:
1. Go to the following Microsoft web site:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads
2. In the Product list, select "Data Access Components SDK".
3. In the Operating System list, select the appropriate operating system.
4. In the Show Results for list, click All Downloads.
5. Click Find It.
6. In the results list, select the version of MDAC you want to download and
then
click Save it to disk.
7. When the download is complete, double-click the downloaded file and
follow
the instructions to install it.
If downloading and installing the latest version of MDAC does not resolve
the
problem, you may need to uninstall and reinstall MDAC by using the Microsoft
Component Checker.

If there's anything unclear or you have any problems, please feel free to
let me know.

bye :)

Hello,

We are getting the same error message only a different dll
file failed to register. We are trying to create a NAL
object using Zenworks for Office 2000 to install on
Windows 2000. The consultant that is working on it has it
working at another company but it doesn't work at ours.
After you get the error message you can select ignore and
continue. For the most part office seems to install
normally. Until you try to open An office product and
create a document. If you save the file the file
association breaks and you lose the normal Office icon
associated with the application. If you try to open it
again Windows recognizes the correct application and opens
Word or Excel or whatever but the icon is not correct.
Are you also having this problem? That is what we are
trying to fix at the moment.
