Best Fax Application to use with WinXP Pro and Office 2000 Pro

I use Outlook for Email. I want to install a simple, reliable faxing
application that will work with all my Office Applications and WinXP
Professional.

I see that in Outlook 2000 there is an option for faxing which will install
a fax application on first use. Will this application work OK for other
users I have setup as Power Users? Would it be better to install the Win XP
Professional built in faxing service (I believe that I have read some users
were having trouble with the XP faxing service).
Any info would be appreciated!

The Outlook add-in is Symantec WinFax Personal, an unreliable and
fortunately discontinued option with Office XP. I would rather depend on
the Windows Fax Service that you can install for all users.
