Installing office 97 does not remove office 95. This is because you may
still want to keep Access or Bookshelf or Powerpoint that you may have
in your Office 95 edition (and not in the Office 97 edition - ie Small
Business edition does not have the above). Additionaly, if you removed
these office 95 programs (using the original office 95 cd) you will
still have a few stray files left. These are/were the shared files that
all of the office 95 apps *may* have used. A 'clean' approach is to
completely uninstall office 95 program by program and then delete the
c:\microsoft directory... Then install office 97.
