xvbsan.exe Office 2000

[Peter Jaroslawsky]

I received an error message stating that the
C:\....\Office\library\xvbsan.exe file is missing. As a result, I can no
longer do a "search" from of the Index window in the Word\help utility. I
tried to run the detect & repair feature in word but this file was not
restored. Any suggestions?

Hi Peter,

Hmmm, the xvbsan.exe isn't a Word or Word User help file item from
the end user products that I recall. Have you put any Excel
or other Add-Ins on the system?

I do have all sorts of add ins. I'll try to go through & figure out where
