I was successful in opening up an Organizational Chart,
developed through a separate organizational chart
software, with the use of Microsoft Organization Chart
(Microsoft Office 2000 Professional SR-1). The program
changed the shape of the boxes slightly but I was able to
make the adjustments necessary to the chart so that it was
nearly the same as the original chart.

I have been unable to print the chart, however. There is
no print command when the chart is opened. I have tried
to "select all" and insert into a word document but it
pastes in as a very small file and when I enlarge it and
print, the text is nearly illegible.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Susan,

In Word see if you can use Insert=>Object=>Create From File
and insert the .OPX file that holds your org chart
into your Word document.
