Printing from Word 97

Two of our users are having problems printing more than one copy of a
document. They get one copy whether they ask for 1 copy, 40 copies or 500
copies.

This seems to happen when the HP 5si is selected although their drivers are
identical to everyone else's.

Has anyone else had this error?

PS we use a netware server

Hi Karl,

A couple of things you can check

Is a copy count specified in both the driver properties and
in File=>Page Setup in Word?

Does it work if you turn off [x] Background printing in Word97?

Not being able to print multiple copies is a known bug in Word 97 and
HP 5 printer. Go to HP website and get latest Win 9x driver for your HP.
This solved the problem for us. Hope this helps you.
