Sr2- Sr1 not installed

I got the CD today and installed Sr1 four times.
But Sr2 wont install, "you are running base level, install Sr1 first."
Any help?

download the new sr-2 from MS, it fixes this problem

Microsoft has announced that the sr-2 patch had been ammended. It was
not installing on some machines at random. Same with sr-1 although I am
not sure, it is just under another name. I tried to install both on a
machine without success, even after running the patch check utility. I
then downloaded the newer versions and they both installed. Now bob, it
is nice to put people down, given you are the expert here, we don't need
to get hasty.

and for god sake reply under each persons request so I know what the
hell you are talking about. Jesus, are you programmer. Quite an
extensive knowledge of office. I cant keep up with all the fixes!
