Row height

I have a customer who has a spreadsheet created using
Excel 2000 which he shares with colleagues. Often when he
gets it retuned the row and columns have been altered.

I need a method of fixing these dimensions irrespective of
what is entered into the cells.

I tried protecting the worksheet but that's fine if I
don't allow changes.

Any ideas anyone?
