I'm not sure if I am posting the question in the correct
place but hopefully someone can help me. I have a backup
disk (Windows 98) that I am trying to open in Windows ME
but I don't know how to open it. The file is saved in
a .QIC file type and double clicking on the file doesn't
open all the files (I think there are about 50 files
inside the .QIC file). Any suggestions?

What you have is a backup file likely make with MS Backup. You need to
install the MS Backup program from your Windows ME CD. Look in
add-ons\msbackup folder and read the text file. Note: If you have an OEM
Windows CD, this folder may be missing.
