Can't turn off notification sound in Outlook

Hi all,
I have Outlook installed over Exchange on multiple machines. On one
machine only I get a notification popup, along with a VERY annoying
sound, whenever mail arrives. I have turned off all notifications in
Tools, Options, Email; even went so far as to turn off all sounds in the
Win95-Plus Themes area. Have also reinstalled. I can't make it stop,
any ideas????
