Microsoft Document Imaging "File" Menu Crash

Dear All,
My Microsoft Document Imaging 2003 crashes whenever I click "File" menu.
Control-P or Control O also crash the application. I already done the repair,
but the problem persists. This is the application error log from Event Viewer:

I just found the fix on the web. Delete all "FileX" data under:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\MSPaper 11.0\Recent File List
