Old files from 95 to 97

Hi all.

I have upgraded from 95 to 97 and all of my files say Old Excel Files, Old
Word Files, etc. How do I get them just under Excel or Word or wherever
without this extra step?

Any help is appreciated.

I'm working with a Dutch version, but when I translate these terms well you
can find the possibility under:

Extra----Wizards----File Conversion
Here you will find a possibility for old *.xls-files

If not, then you can start up this by going to Extra---->Applications to
Insert (???), where you mark the possibility File Conversion.

One remark here: you must have all your files in the same directory
