This newsgroup is for Microsoft Office questions rather than questions
related to your office at work. :-)

Typically you need to connect your phone to your computer so you can
upload an image into your phone and you may need to purchase
additional equipment/software in order to do this.

As JoAnn noted, your manual is really the best place to start or take
a look on the manufacturer's web site for your phone.
