Outlook - MAPI spooler shutdown.

I'm having problems sending e-mail with attachment(s).
When outlook tries to send the file, I get a message:
The MAPI Spooler ha shut down unexpectedly. Close all
mail-enabled applications before attempting to log on again.
Ok, I close all mail-enabled apps, I even restarted my
computer. The same thing happens every time Outlook tries
to send the mail.
Environment:
Dell Optiplex GX-Pro 200, 64MB
NT 4.0 SP2 installed.
