Outlook vs Outlook Express

Could you guys at Microsoft come up with a way of integrating the whole
Outlook Express with Outlook. This way we would have several email accounts
and other options on e-mail ...like ..the option of leaving the mail on
server ...or composing in HTML...etc, etc.
Also, Why does Outlook take such a long time in starting/exiting. I have a
problem with outlook exiting...it crashes! when I exit.
