Bullet Items Change from Outlook 2007 to Entourage

This is happening when an Entourage user receives and email from
Outlook 2007.
User on windows types:
1.
2.
3. then tabs over
a.
b. then enter twice.
4.
5. etc.
Outlook 2007.
User on windows types:
1.
2.
3. then tabs over
a.
b. then enter twice.
4.
5. etc.
When the user on the Mac in Entourage 2008 receives the mail it
displays:
1.
2.
3.
4.
5.
6.
7.
8.
Have the Windows users change format to HTML to plain or RTF is not
going to work.
Any ideas what's going on here?
