Is it possible to set Entourage to automatically receive the entire message
on certain address book entries, so you don't have to click "Get entire
message" and "download pictures" each time?

Thanks,

Russell

Again, is this possible when using Entourage 2004 11.3.6 when connected
as an Exchange Client?

Is there a way to Stop the "Get entire message" from showing up at all?

Edd

To receive the entire message with Exchange

Open Entourage
Go to Tools
Click on Accounts
Click on the Exchange box
Click on your Exchange account
Click Edit
Click Options
Select radio button "Receive Complete Messages"

To have pictures and movies included in messages

Open Entourage
Go to Preferences
Click on Mail and News Preferences
Click on View
Select radio button - 4th down "Show attached pictures and movies in
messages"
Click on General Preferences
Click on Security
Select all radio buttons

You will see that Entourage will still prevent the automatic downloading of
pictures unless you have the sender in your Address Book or in Mailing List
Manager. This is a sensible security measure. If you have to download
pictures consistently from a source, add them to your Address Book.

Have a great day!

Dear Mr. Joe Gardill,

You seem to know Entourage quite well.

I have another problem.

Whenever I open Entourage for the first time, it always opens
up a new, blank, email message and my address book. I have
to click to close them both to see my emails. This is bothersome.

Is there a setting somewhere to cause Entourage to just go to
my Inbox?

Many thanks,
john
