Somehow, my wife has managed to save a letter so that whenever we open a new
Word document, we get her letter instead of a blank page. By right clicking
that template, it tells me it is at "C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\
Microsoft\Application Data\Templates" but when I ask Explorer to find the
file so I can wipe it. it says that File does not exist.
Can anyone help?
