Vista Home Premium unable to upload Office Home and Student 2007

I have a Dell Laptop that is Vista Home Premium with Microsoft Works &
Window's Media Center Trail Version (which has not been done yet). I tried
several times to upload Office Home and Student 2007 it give me this error:
"Setup cannot find HomeStudentr.WW\HomeSrWW.cab. Browse to a valid
installation source, and then click OK."

Then I ran updates and then it gave me this error:
"Setup cannot find Office.en-us\OffficeLR.cab. Browse to a valid
installation source, and then click ok."
I've tried to select the C drive &/or the D drive, but it gives me an error
that says this: "Invalid location."
Any ideas on how to get this resolved???

i have xp media center with service pack 3, i m getting the same error, i
have brand new installation disk, and laptop.
