I hope that I am putting this question in the correct group.
I work in a large organization. We all here have Office XP.
I want to send mails to a large number of people (I do not know most
of them of course).
I would like some sort of script/Some sort of technique to make myself
a Mailing list which is based on on "volunteering" system.
Obviously I want an automatic method (some kind of a script ?).
i.e.
1) I want to send one mail to every one saying that I have this email
list. this of course is not automatic.
2) Whoever wants to join should simply add his name to a text file
which is on the local net (or send me mail of some kind). This phase
should not be a headache for me (I do not want to be involved).
3) Then whenever, I send a mail to this mailing list the file is
opened and ......
4) Of course every one can simply remove themselves from this list
simply. At the end of the mail there will always be a short
explanation how to Add/Remove yourself from the list.
5) Creating a website is not an option, nor to buy some tools (I will
pay for myself if it is something like 20 $).
6) It must be simple.
Thanks (And sorry if this is the wrong group)
Maurice
Or ask your mail administrator if there are any internal tools already available.
