Hi,
how is implemented at low-level the COM interface for office
automation ?
I mean, I can use COM interface to start Excel, read and write cells,
save the sheet, etc... etc...
Excel run as a process, how is realized the communication between the
caller process and excel process ?
I thought that communication was based on DDE, but I read everywhere
tha DDE is superseded.
Anyway, I suppose there is some messaging/synchronism system in order
to send and receive data.
