Hi all

I am also having same problem.

I did some following things, but its not resolved.

Found the following below solutions on net -- could not resolved issue.

- Assigned same certificate for both IIS and CWA

- Assigned proper port numbers

- Changed listening port to CWA

- Changed the authentication mode.

- Uninstall CWA virtual server and reconfigured

Note : for accessing CWA i am using https://000.00.0.00/ (IP address means system fqdn).

--
In my case there is trusted certificate(Private key).

for now we are implementing internal only, using 1025 listening port for that.

If possible can u please suggest creating(with example) certificates for OCS,CWA,IIS

I have seen below URL for creating certificate need follow the things

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd425345(office.13).aspx

but in my case, iam using FQDN(xxxxx-ssw62.domain.inc) for accessing CWA.

so how can I proceed while creating certificates.

**Even i gave internal access address. But i am not able to access that URL for getting CWA.

If any solution please update us

Thanks in advance...

CWA login problems
Hi there,

I have installed CWA (RC 2 release) has anyone come across the
following error when attempting to login a user

A problem occurred and the session was ended. Please sign in again. If
the problem persists, contact your system administrator.(Error code:
0-0-18401-0-0)

Now the user I am using can be logged in via normal communicator from
the same machine so it is not the user set-up.

The certificate is Web Template with the key exportable option
checked.

Any idea what this error could be as I cannot find anything on the
error code

Regards

Eoin
