Unable to join Live Meeting session with external users

Live Meeting works inside the LAN between users using "Meet Now" function in
Outlook, however it doesn't work with external users. Users would click on
the link in the invitation link, gets an error about unable to connect try
later message. Try manually typing in the meeting ID and other information,
getting the same error message. Any ideas?
