I have a mde file, I want to use it on a computer where Access is not
installed. I read in the books, that by the help of microsoft developer tool
kit, we can make the mdb/mde file as a run time file.

I have MS Office 2000, it dont have this facility in it.

My question, is there any web site from where I can download this tool to
make my mde as runtime and can use this mde file on the computer where access
is not installed.

I found that there are site where we can download snapshot viewer installer,
therefore I was wandering may be there is some site, where I can get this.

Your valuable advise will help me a lot.

Regards.

In order to run a MS database either mdb or mde you will need to purchase
Microsoft Office developer's Edition. You can pack your Db with a royalty
free Run time version of Access.
