Security Warning in Packaged Application

I am using Access 2003 Developer Extensions to package my 2003 application. I
figured out how to make the security warnings go away whenever I open my
access 2003 database by setting the security to LOW in the full version of
Access 2003 but whenever I package the application and install it on another
machine that does not have the full version of access, just runtime, the
security warning appears again each time the user tries to launch my
application. How can I make the security warning go away on the client's
machine when they don't have the full version of access, just runtime?
