Outlook 2013 gives error 0x800CCC13 when sending a meeting to a participant (Windows 10)

When i plan a meeting with somebody you can see the message in the "Postvak UIT" and stays there with the error message and the remark:
No connection can be made with the network. Check the networkconnection or the modem.
When i try to send an e-mail this will be sent without any delay and problm !!??
I hope to see a solution

File -> Options -> Calendar. There is an item "When sending calendar requests outside of your organization, use the Icalendar format". This item was checked. After you uncheck it, you should be able to send NEW calendar items without a problem. The old calendar requests may have to be deleted from the calendar, recreated and then resent.
