Test all publics NNTP servers and detects bad characters (bad index) or
unreachable servers, note this batch doesn't monitor NNTP servers 24h/24 ;)

Teste tous les serveurs NNTP publics pour y detecter les caracteres anormaux
(probleme d'indexage de la base de donnees du serveur NNTP) ou les serveurs
injoignables, a noter que ce batch ne surveille pas 24h/24 les serveurs NNTP
pour detecter les temps de disponibilites des servers ;)
