Multilanguage Speech Recognition

Hi everyone.

I am a enthusiast voice recognition application developer.

I was wondering how to install additional Speech Recognition Engines
on Windows XP. It happens that Spanish Version of Windows XP has an
English Speech Recognizer, making it difficult to develop software for
the Latin American market.

It doesn't happens with Spanish version of Windows Vista that has it's
built in Spanish speech recognition engine.

Any help will be great!
