Speech recognition with C# problem in win7

I have a worked code speech synthesation in C#, but can't use speech
recognition. Code have compiled well. But prgram doesnt work:
SetInputToDefaultAudioDevice() ---PlatformNotSupportedException error. I have
russian Win7, it hasnt speech recgnition engine at all or i cant use it. I
need ENGLISH speech recgnition, i have peech SDK 5.1:Microsoft English
Recognizer v5.1, but i dnt know how connect it to my program. may be
SetInputToAudioStream helps me????!! Help!!!!!!
