Live Closed Captioning Possible ?

anyone have any info they could enlighten me with.. regarding the closed
captioning of live events using the windows media player..
i already recieve a video feed with the closed caption signal.. i just
don't know how to implement it into a live stream.. any help / suggestions /
tips / etc.. is greatly appreciated..
