Immediate Need: Netshow Developer!!!

I am looking for an individual/firm to help us with a Audio Streaming
project using Windows Media Technology. I found all of you through
Microsoft's website and I am inquiring to see if any of your firms a) can
provide the services I am looking for, b) are interested in taking this
project on.
This is a project, similiar to that of a ShoutCast, will offer nearly 30
channels of streaming content. We feel our content, and thus the site, will
attack a niche in the marketplace and has the potential to grow very
quickly.
There are two NT Servers, one for HTML pages, content and database (MS
Access which we will port to SQL Server prior to going live) and the other
server hosts the *.ASF files and Media Server. Both are up and running and
available online.
The site has been designed, and 80% of the initial programming is done. We
need some immediate help finishing the site before launching. This
willrequire ASX/Javascript/ASP/HTML programming, as well as SQL Server
knowledge. We'd also like to disucss the hardware aspects and server
secutity issues, as well as the implementation of video streaming,
audio/video advertising, etc.
Again, we need some immediate help in getting this site live, and I am
certain there will be some ongoing maintenance/development/support as we go
along.
We are relatively small, (we don't have millions in seed funding), but we
know the importance of doing things right and the value attached to this.
I am very interested in hearing from any of you who can and/or are
interested in helping us out!
