"User id does not exist" error ??

Hi all,
I am new to Navision world; at the moment I'm trying to use Navision 4 SP3
to create a purchase order.
I log on in Navision using an user which has the "SUPER" role.
So, I go to Purchase ->Order Processing -> Orders and start to fill all the
fiels....but at a certain point I got the the following error :
"User Setup User ID 'TEST' does not exist "
Does anybody know what's the problem ?

User Setup is in the Administration menusuite, under Application Setup,
Users. You'll have to define a record for the user that you are testing
with.
