Basic Qualifications
+A minimum of 5 years NAV development experience.
+Must be able to create SQL views and stored procedures.
+Hands on experience with backend EDI mapping
+Familiarity with a variety of the EDI concepts, practices and procedures
+Ability to effectively work with both business and technical users
+Excellent organizational, planning and follow-up skills
Job Functions
-Manage EDI customer implementations to meet EDI requirements and customer timelines.
-Coordinate with Third Party EDI providers and new Trading Partners to set up new processes and provide optimal level of customer service.
-Collaborate with trading partners and perform tests on all EDI transmissions.
-Maintain all documents for trading partner set ups and analyze all customer requirements for processes.
-Design EDI map documents to integrate with our Navision ERP.
-Manage all service calls and provide tech support to resolve all issues pertaining to inbound and outbound data transfer.
-Perform, troubleshoot, and repair of scripts when needed and evaluate all automated processes.
-Provide technical support to all EDI applications and monitor all inquiries and tickets.
-Analyze EDI transactions and prepare required documents and reports for customer service and operations staff as needed.
-Create XML ports as required to interface with EDI transactions
-Manage all communication with customers and perform all EDI tests necessary for production.
-Coordinate with trading partners to maintain effective EDI relationships and provide support to all internal departments and vendors.
-Write and maintain program code or modify existing programs to customize software to business needs as time permits.
