Dear Mr. Guna,

You can use free tools like PDFCreator and set that as the printer.
PDFCreator has an API which you can easily use within Navision to customise
the PDF Name, papersize, etc.

Try it and let us know

Hi Guna,

Check this post.

http://www.mibuso.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=21157&highlight=pdf+report

This talks about sending the PDF reports as emails.

If you are looking to schedule this, or send this PDf reports periodically
without user interevention you can make use of Navision.Timer control which
can be used to schedule the report generation process. If you are looking to
totally automate this you can take a look at Navision Application Server
which can run as a service where you don need to be logged on the computer
which runs NAS.

Lemme knwo if you want to know more about this.

Regards

Najaf

I have used Ghostscript in the past to create pdfs, attach to mails and send
them out.

It is a free utilitiy but is a little tricky to configure.
